Instant Anatomy - My name is Robert Whitaker and I spent my clinical career as a paediatric urological surgeon. Since retiring 15 years ago I teach clinically applied topographical anatomy to first-year medical students at Cambridge University, here in the UK. I also teach clinically applied anatomy to surgical, radiological and other speciality trainees. When I relearned anatomy 15 years ago I made notes and drew diagrams which are the basis for this website and now the CD.
star Net Anatomy - NetAnatomy is designed to teach human anatomy to students of the health professions, including undergraduate medical, health sciences, and nursing students. NetAnatomy also serves as a place to review anatomy after one’s initial exposure to the subject, e.g. students beginning a clinical rotation, USMLE (National Board) preparation, etc.

star Body Worlds Exhibition - The primary goal of BODY WORLDS is health education. On the one hand, 200 individual specimens are used to compare healthy and diseased organs, i.e., a healthy lung with that of a smoker, to emphasize the importance of a healthy life-style. On the other hand, 25 life-like posed whole-body plastinates illustrate where in our bodies these organs are positioned and what we are: naturally fragile in a mechanized world.
star UM Web Anatomy - WebAnatomy is an interactive quiz program that was initially designed for freshman anatomy and physiology students in General College at the University of Minnesota. The site is free to all users. Additionally, the site does not record or send performance data to anyone. Use the activities as many times as you wish; no one but you knows about your performance. There are no time limits on any activity. WebAnatomy is intended to be a very low-pressure learning activity.
