Lori Garner - I have had a love-affair with drawing since I was old enough to get a pencil in my hands. At age two, I did a pretty nifty drawing of Mickey Mouse!
I worked strictly in graphite until December 1999 when I took a try at using color to do a portrait of my husband, Richard, playing the guitar. It was a real challenge, but I liked playing with the colors and the results were satisfactory enough that I was eager to learn more about this wonderful medium.
